Here at MedEZ™ we believe the implementation stage of getting new medical software is the most important. Our implementation specialist will work with you to determine what your exact needs are and how to implement MedEZ™ so that it functions with your business flow in mind. We will review all the required information prior to any training and determine with you what would be the most effective training method for your staff. In some cases group trainings may be preferred but then in others one-on-one training will be more effective. Our goal is to have you up and running by the time our training session is complete so that you are using the MedEZ™ system and have all your major questions answered before the training is over. In addition, depending on the size of your facility we may determine to implement the software in stages to insure its success. For a few months after the training is complete we will also have follow up weekly meetings to make sure everything continues to run smoothly.
Here is a basic view of what will happen after you have purchased the MedEZ™ system.
MedEZ™ will install your program within thirty days from the acceptance date, providing hardware is in place and there is no additional customization involved.
A training program upon installation is recommended. This time will be used to train the office personnel that will be using MedEZ™. This training will include an overview and instructions on how to use the software.
An implementation program upon installation is also recommended. MedEZ™ wants to help you take the stress out of implementing a new system into your facility. MedEZ™ is adjustable to meet your facility’s needs. We understand the importance of tracking your data and making sure your staff is adequately trained. We have an implementation program in place to help you with your initial setup of MedEZ™. Learn how you can optimize your use of MedEZ™ with the implementation program.
During the implementation program, our staff will help you to build your databases of patients, insurance companies, employees clinical documentation (if applicable), billable services and other setup features. They will then continue to go through the daily operations and a billing process so that every aspect of the software is covered. Using your data will help your staff achieve a better understanding of the MedEZ™ software.
The suggested maintenance plan includes updates, system clean-up, and software technical support. Any Medicare policy changes that affect the software program will be upgraded with the plan.
MedEZ™ prides itself on excellent customer service. You will have an assigned account representative that will be available to you through our customer service department, email, instant messenger, and via cell phone. With the maintenance plan you will also have access to our web portal that will allow you to use a troubleshooter, knowledge based articles, and create tickets for our support team.
