MedEZ™ Announces Quarterly Updates
Davie, FL – December 10, 2008 - In order to accommodate all of our customer software needs we are making the following announcement. Based on your suggestions that MedEZ™ updates are done too frequently, new features are not explained fully, and a lack of communication as to when changes were made, we are implementing a new MedEZ™ Update Policy.
Starting in the First Quarter of 2009 we will be doing Quarterly Updates for the client distribution and usage. This will include all major program changes and additions as well as updates of modules. If Billing, Clinical Notes or other critical issues arise outside the scheduled scope, these will be corrected accordingly.
A release document will be given to clients 2-3 weeks before the updates scheduled release and webinars will be scheduled around the dates for further explanation of new features.
Included in the first update we will have the new adjusted rates, effective dates and support tiers for the CMHCs and identify an upcoming report structure for Louisiana Ambulatory Behavioral Health (LABH).
Additionally: We have also archived and uploaded the MedEZ™ newsletters to Parature. They can be accessed by our clients via the Knowledge Base and also via Support Downloads under the folder MedEZ™ Newsletters. By downloading the attachment you will be able to comment and leave feedback.
